Crocodile Bridge remains closed

The Crocodile Bridge, situated on the south-eastern corner of the Kruger National Park on the northern bank of the Crocodile River, remains closed as a result of overflowing of the low-level bridge. No change is expected until the weekend.

Once the water has cleared, the damage to the bridge will have to be assessed and a possible opening time determined.

Shishangeni Private Lodges has advised that it will continue to divert traffic from Shishangeni to Malelane Gate, which adds an additional one and a half hours to the journey.
