Discover Airlines will add two additional flights on the Munich-Windhoek route from April 2027 in response to strong demand.
The additional Monday and Thursday services will bring the airline’s Munich schedule to five weekly flights every Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday.
Flights from Munich depart at 21h40 and arrive in Windhoek at 07h35 the following morning. Return flights depart from Windhoek at 20h35 and arrive in Munich at 06h30 the next day.
From northern summer 2027, Discover Airlines will operate a total of 12 weekly flights to Windhoek with daily services from Frankfurt and five weekly flights from Munich. Lufthansa Group said this will be its highest level of non-stop connectivity to Windhoek to date, supported by sister airline Edelweiss offering a seasonal Zurich-Windhoek service.
