FEDHASA (The Federated Hospitality Association of Southern Africa) is hosting a Restaurant Day on October 20 at The Forum, V&A Hotel, in Cape Town. The programme will include a presentation by Deloitte on restaurant benchmarking and a presentation by Dr Salifou Siddo of the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa on restaurants and grading. Roy de Gouveia will also hold a presentation on Fedhasa Cape’s vision. (Dorine Berger)
