It is not every day that a flash mob breaks out, especially in South Africa, but a lucky few recently got to witness the dance phenomenon burst into life at the Gautrain station in Sandton.
The Gautrain offered travellers free transport over the weekend of August 27-28, which presented the perfect opportunity for a flash mob at the station.
At first, it seemed like a solo performance, but then the crowd became the mob, and before long, everyone was dancing along.
The flash mob ended off the entire performance with the popular South African hit ‘Jerusalema’.
