FOREVER Resorts has established its own Academy of Learning. Due to open in July with a capacity to host more than 200 learners at any given time, the Academy is situated at the Blyde Canyon Aventura Resort. The campus comprises 17 buildings, including a full training kitchen and computer training facility. The medium-term strategy includes developing custom made training courses for the tourism and hospitality industry. The Academy will offer, among others, qualifications in finance, human resources, resort management, food and beverage management, and accommodation and hospitality reception. (Natalia Thomson)
