RECRUITMENT company and consultants, Hotelstaff, have completed the 13th salary survey to be conducted by the company for the hospitality industry. The salary survey supplies information in various categories such as, full service luxury, full service and select service hotels, lodges, clubs and contract catering. Most of these categories have also been separated into geographical regions. The information is based on actual salaries within the region and category.
