HOSPITALITY Property Fund Limited has acquired the Protea Hotel Victoria Junction, in Cape Town, for R105m. The hotel will be transferred to Hospitality by mid-November but Protea will continue to manage the hotel. It has been graded as four-star and has 172 rooms.
