SERENA Hotels has welcomed two new marketing staff members to their Johannesburg Central Reservations office. Diane Fincham has been appointed sales and marketing manager and Lynette Steyn has joined as leisure sales executive. Diane has 20 years of travel experiences with such companies as Cresta Hospitality, Sun International and Spier Wine Estate, while Lynette has 10 years of experience with, among others, Air France and British Airways. In other news, Serena Hotels, Safari Lodges and Resorts in Africa have a number of relaxaway packages on offer at their properties in Kenya, Zanzibar, and Mozambique. (Natalia Thomson)
