CONSTRUCTION of the new Orpen Gate in the Kruger National Park has been given the green light after the environmental impact process reported there were no appeals against the gate. The new gate is designed to relieve congestion in the camp, to separate the entrance gate from the rest of the camp facilities and to prevent animal deaths on the road leading to the camp.
