Kurland Hotel unveils refurbishment and new rates

The Kurland Hotel near Plettenberg Bay recently completed a soft refurbishment of its 12 suites and public areas, which includes new carpets, sofas, curtains and bed linen. Historic buildings, including the main homestead, have been repainted and all patios and the tennis court have been resurfaced.

All suites now have new flat-screen televisions and complimentary Wi-Fi Internet
access, which is also available in the comprehensive library. A new menu has been created by Head Chef, Leon Coetzee.

The hotel has also released new rates. Guests staying until the end of September in the Elegant Suite pay R1 250 per person (no charge for children up to the age of 12), which includes a full breakfast, all non-alcoholic beverages, teas and coffees, use of the Therapy Suite facilities, transfers to Nature’s Valley beach, wireless Internet access in all rooms and the library, and use of quad and mountain bikes, among others. Rates include tourism levy and VAT.

Comments Owner, Peter Behr: “At Kurland Hotel we pride ourselves on our unique setting in this magnificent estate, from the spacious suites, each with its own unique décor, the bespoke children’s lofts, a safe family environment boasting many activities including our equestrian facilities and our monthly food and beverage experiences for in-house guests and local South African residents.”
