CARLOS Leite-Ferraz has joined Luxury Leisure and Management as sales and marketing director for the Makalali Game Lodge and the Blue Mountain Lodge. Leite-Ferraz, ex CCAfrica and most recently returned from Mozambique, is a 14-year industry veteran. (Elizabeth Sheridan)
