Classic Zambia Safaris will open its third camp in Kafue National Park with the launch of a five-room lodge slated for August 2026.
Aimed at exclusive-use bookings, Lwenge River Camp will be located on the banks of the Kafue River, a few kilometres upstream of the company’s existing Musekese Camp. Amenities announced so far include a swimming pool and Wi-Fi.
Available activities will include day and night game drives, walking and boat-based safaris and visits to community and conservation projects.
The Musekese region of Kafue is home to all the major predators with leopard especially well-represented. Elephant herds are always visible in the dry season months from May to October while plains game include sable, hartebeest, zebra and large herds of puku.
