New Radisson Blu Resort to open in the Maldives

The Radisson Blu Resort Maldives will be situated on the southern part of Maldives, 105 kilometres from the Male International Airport.

Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has signed a management agreement with Chang Hua Holdings for Radisson Blu Resort Maldives. This new development is set to open in the first quarter of 2019 and will be the first Radisson Blu resort in the market.

The Radisson Blu Resort Maldives will be situated on the southern part of Maldives, 105 kilometres from the Male International Airport. The resort comprises 128 exclusive villas, as well as a premium overwater villa, and promises an authentic Maldivian resort experience from within its stylish contemporary design. The resort is accessible via seaplane, or a domestic flight from Maamigli Airport and a short speedboat ride.

Set amidst the Indian Ocean coral reefs, the resort will offer a first-class sea sports and dive center with an array of adrenaline inducing activities. For those seeking a quiet, restorative break, there will be a yoga pavilion and spa aimed at wellness and relaxation. The island bar and restaurants promise to provide a unique and tantalizing culinary experience.
