Poll: What is the next big tourism drawcard in Southern and East Africa?

There have been a range of new tourism activities this year, with many tour operators, lodges and hotels incorporating cycling, marine and culinary tourism. The Western Cape has tapped into cycling and many lodges/reserves are now offering cycling safaris, promoting eco-friendly practices as opposed to traditional game drives. As for culinary tourism, established operators, lodges and hotels are still creating itineraries around food, establishments have brought in top chefs for their guests, and many have incorporated traditional African cuisine, adding a sense of authenticity.
