THE Carlton Leadership Bursary applications close on October 29. The bursary will give a deserving member of the hospitality industry the opportunity to attend a two-week course at Cornell Summer School. Applicants for the bursary must have a Matric or NQ4 qualification and hold a supervisory/management position within the hospitality industry. Two years’ continuous, full-time hospitality experience immediately prior to applying for the bursary are also necessary. Bursary application forms can be obtained on The Carlton Alumni’s Website www.carltonhotel.co.za. Applications must reach James Parker, programme co-ordinator by October 29. (Natalia Thomson)
