Saruni Mara opens family villa

Saruni Mara Safari Lodge, an eco-friendly and community-friendly deluxe safari lodge in Kenya’s Masai Mara, has opened a family villa and completed the refurbishment of its existing villas.

Saruni is the Masai Mara’s smallest permanent lodge and guests enjoy an exclusive experience with their own private vehicle and guide. It is owned and run by Italian author Riccardo Orizio.

The family villa has two en-suite bedrooms, a large lounge, dining area and a veranda that overlooks the Masai Mara.

Each of the camp’s six villas has its own unique theme these include: art, astronomy, photography, literature, natural history and romance.  Each villa also hosts a veranda from where guests can enjoy views of the Mara plains.

The camp also has its own private spa treatment centre: the Masai Well-Being Space.
