NEW SAA president and ceo, Khaya Ngqula, has announced that he has board approval to offer 602 managers an offer of three weeks’ pay for each year of service to leave the airline. Ngqula said he would be happy if 200 to 300 accepted the offer, which expired in mid-March. The offer is part of Ngqula’s strategy to energise SAA. (Dave Marsh)
