The South African DICTIO-PEDIA, a tourism dictionary/encyclopaedia, explains hundreds of terms, concepts, jargon, expression, South African words, acronyms and abbreviations.
The book covers aspects of the travel and tourism industry with entries pertaining to hospitality, transport, attractions, tourism services, the travel trade and sustainability.
It features national parks, botanical gardens, World Heritage Sites, festivals and events.
