Tented camp boosted by purchase of neighbouring property

OPERATORS of the Honeyguide Tented Safari Camp in Limpopo Province have successfully negotiated the purchase of its neighbouring camp, Khoka Moya. Co-owner of Honeyguide, Peter Aucamp, says he and his partners will take over operations of Khoka Moya from the Three Cities Group on October 14. The two camps are situated on the 23 000 hectare Manyaleti Game Reserve which is adjacent to the Kruger National Park, near the Orpen Gate. Honeyguide features 12 tents, while Khoka Moya has 10 rooms and one suite at its main camp and four wooden cabins at its Trails Camp. (Adéle Mackenzie)
