La Réserve Private Homes, based on Praslin Island in the Seychelles, officially opened on October 1. It is the first La Réserve property in the Seychelles, offering six large private villas overlooking Anse Boudin and Curieuse Marine Park, a nature reserve surrounded by a marine park.
Accommodating six to 12 guests, each villa features a private pool, tropical garden and beach access and is serviced by its own dedicated hospitality team comprising a private chef, house manager and housekeeper.
Guests can also enjoy the newly opened Moutya, a beach restaurant serving the catch of the day. Nearby, the Boat House contains kayaks, paddleboards and snorkelling gear available for use. On request, the team can arrange private boat trips for fishing, island hopping or assisted dives.
